It was the usual after school routine except…This day Brian and I were home at the same time right after work. As we were chatting, Tristan was requesting food. I thought we were paying attention. Then Tristan got out the sauce pan and dumped the Spaghetti O’s in the pan. I did not really think much of it. Then I turned on the stove. Next Tristan had a bowl with some more Spaghetti O’s in it. He was requesting the microwave. So I helped him. Soon he went to the table. I handed him the bowl full of noodle’s from the microwave. He ate them up in a few minutes! Then I realized he still had some more waiting for him on the stove! What great organization skills Tristan has. A few minutes later I realized that I did not help him open the can of Spaghetti O’s. I checked with Brian and he said he did not help him. Yikes! He has mastered how to open canned goods. I am not ready for him to be fully proficient in this life skill.
Enjoy a healthy dose of laughter from our home!
Wouldn’t it be great if mac and cheese came i a can?
