Many people have asked me the conclusion of the mouse story. I am continuing the series on “Super Mouse” and “Super Mickey, I Surrender!”. If you have not read these posts I highly encourage you to read them. Brian came home with many mouse traps. He was determined to get this mouse trapped. Brian put fresh cheese in the kind that spring shut. He placed traps with glue for the mouse to be trapped. After dinner, we all settled in the living room to watch something on Netflix. I got up to get something out of the kitchen. I turned on the light and then I screamed, “Eeeeek!!!” The mouse was on top of the stove. I can remember Tristan laughing at me! After that I am sure i blacked out from shock. Brian had to take over. He decided it was time for Super Mickey to turn himself in. He placed more traps in the stove. Later that same night we heard the mouse trap “click.” Brian went to check on it. He could not believe it. Super Mickey almost got free from the spring trap but then landed in the glue/sticky one. Hooray! We could all sleep well. Now I could start putting our home back together. This mouse had created chaos for too long! I refused to put anything back in a cabinet or drawer. Therefore I had accumulated piles in every room. I am so grateful we got him.
Enjoy another healthy dose of laughter from our home!
