It was about time I had a little chit-chat with Tristan. I realized our views on an issue was opposite. It went like this. Okay, I will be honest, I did all the talking!
I took him into the bathroom and pointed to the soap bottle. Then I said, “Tristan I know you want the soap bottle emptied, but I want the soap bottle full. I realize full and empty are opposites. Today the soap is staying full not emptied.”
To my delight, he did not dump the soap! For some reason, Tristan enjoys dumping things. I wish he could tell me why. At times I give him appropriate items to dump. However he is quick at getting to things to dump before I can stop him.
This changed only lasted one day. Enjoy another healthy dose of laughter from our home!
